Attendance/Make Up Classes

Attendance is crucial in the success of your dancer in dance classes.

Studio should be contacted when dancer is unable to attend class
-
Make-up classes are available for missed classes in the same month as missed. (Please schedule through front desk)
Drop Off/Pick Up
-
Artistry Elite Dance and staff are not responsible for dancers left before their scheduled class or when waiting for pick up.

Young dancers should be escorted into studio with adult supervision until class time and must be picked up from lobby after class.
Holidays/ Inclement Weather

Artistry Elite Dance will follow Fort Worth ISD for inclement weather closings and holidays

Holidays/ Breaks:

Thanksgiving Break- Nov. 20-26
-
Winter Break- Dec. 23- Jan. 7

Spring Break- March 11-17

Memorial Day- May 27
-
Recital
-
Every dancer will be expected to participate in the studio recital in May with notice in December if they will not be participating.

Fees-
-
Recital Fee- $65 (Due w/ February Tuition)

Costume Fees- $65-$70 per class (Due w/ January Tuition)

Observation
-
Parents/Guardians will not be permitted to observe classes in the studios except for designated parent observation weeks.

All classes will be displayed onTV's in the lobby for viewing purposes.
Class Rules
-
BE ON TIME! Dancers that arrive more than 15 min. late could be asked to observe class. Late arrival is not only a distraction to the other dancers and instructor but a safety issue as they miss proper warmup.

No cell phones in class.

No talking during class unless you have questions.

Use restroom before class.

Siblings are not allowed in dressing area or studios and should never be left unattended.

Parents & dancers are expected to be courteous and respectful to fellow classmates and instructors AT ALL TIMES.

Artistry Elite Dance and staff are not responsible for any damage/loss to personal belongings.

Choreography taught to students is to be used for Artistry Elite Dance purposes ONLY and should not be replicated or posted on any outlet before end of year recital. Choreography should not be used for any venue not associated with Artistry Elite Dance without permission from studio director.
